Elizabeth (Liz) D. Wiles

Liz is an associate in the firm’s workers’ compensation division.

Liz received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2012, and following graduation, she moved to the Lowcountry to attend the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor and Associate Student Works Editor for the Charleston Law Review. She also received the CALI Award for highest grade in her Fall 2013 Professional Responsibility and Spring 2014 Trial Advocacy courses. Liz graduated cum laude from CSOL and is a member of the South Carolina Bar.

Prior to joining Luzuriaga Mims, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kristi Lea Harrington, resident judge for the Ninth Circuit, for over two years.

Liz's practice focuses on state and federal workers' compensation cases, including concurrent jurisdiction claims arising under the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Act & the Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
